Before you connect your bank

Have your information ready.

Servvo uses Stripe to process payments. Stripe verifies your identity with bank-level security — just like opening a bank account. Gather these before you start so you can finish in minutes.

Business details

Your legal name, address, phone, and business type — sole proprietor, LLC, and so on.

Tax ID number

Your EIN if your business is registered. If you work on your own, your SSN or ITIN.

Personal ID

A government photo ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID) and your date of birth. Stripe may ask for it to verify your identity.

Bank account

The routing number and account number where you want to receive your payments.

Bank-level security

Why does it ask for so much?

Stripe is the same payment technology trusted by thousands of U.S. businesses. By law, it has to verify every business's identity to prevent fraud — that's why it asks for these details. You enter your information directly and securely with Stripe, not with Servvo. Servvo never sees or stores your SSN or full bank account numbers.

Step 1

Create your account

Get set up in minutes — no monthly fees, no commitment.

  • Download Servvo from the App Store or Google Play.
  • Create your business account with your name, email, and a password.
  • Tell us about your business: name and service category.
  • Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Your dashboard opens with a Get set up checklist. It walks you through the rest of this guide, and disappears once every step is done.

Step 2

Connect your bank with Stripe

This is how the money reaches you. Have the information from the checklist above ready before you start.

  • On your dashboard, open Get set up and tap Set up payments.
  • On the Payouts screen, tap Set up payouts — Stripe's secure form opens, and you stay in a protected environment the whole time.
  • Enter the details you prepared: business, tax ID, and bank account.
  • Stripe verifies your identity. When it's done, you return to Servvo ready to get paid.

Use the exact legal name that appears on your documents, to avoid verification delays. Need to come back to it later? It lives in Settings → Billing & Payouts.

Step 3

Add your clients

Keep everyone in one place — the ones you have today and the ones you'll add tomorrow.

  • Open Clients and tap + Add.
  • Import from your contacts, or type their name, phone, email, and address.
  • Prefer they sign up themselves? Leave Invite to Servvo switched on and the share sheet opens when you save.
  • All your clients stay saved in one place.

Step 4

Create your jobs

Set the work up once — Servvo handles the scheduling and the billing.

  • Tap + New job and choose the client.
  • Pick the service type and give the job a name.
  • Set the frequency: one-time, weekly, every 2 weeks, or monthly.
  • Add the price and how to bill: on completion or scheduled.

See your jobs

My schedule

Everything you have scheduled, day by day — and the invoice goes out the moment you finish.

  • Tap any day of the week to see the jobs scheduled for that day.
  • Each card shows the client, address, service, and status: scheduled, in progress, or done.
  • Tap Start when you arrive, then Done and confirm when you finish — the invoice sends automatically and the client gets it instantly.
